Use the service only for files you have the right to upload and process.

Invoice PDF to Excel, Receipt Bundle to Expense Report, Bank Statement PDF to Excel, Supplier Price List to Shopify CSV, CSV Cleaner, and PDF Table Extractor are the available paid tools.

Receipt Bundle supports PDF receipt files.

Bank Statement PDF to Excel supports one PDF statement per order. Extraction quality depends on source PDF readability, and scanned or image-heavy statements may need review.

Supplier Price List PDF to Shopify CSV supports one PDF price list per order and returns a Shopify CSV plus Excel workbook.

CSV Cleaner supports one CSV file per order. Ambiguous dates and amounts are preserved rather than guessed.

PDF Table Extractor to Excel supports one PDF file per order. Image-only or low-confidence PDFs may require OCR or manual table cleanup.

Conversion quality depends on the structure and readability of the source file. Cleanup quality depends on the input CSV. The workbook may include review notes, change logs, table summaries, or raw/audit sheets and should be checked before business use.

Business File Tools does not guarantee that every value, line item, transaction, product row, CSV cell, or table boundary is final or complete.

If your output is unusable, contact support with your order ID. We will review the issue and either fix the output or refund the order.

Uploaded files and results are private, downloads use temporary links, and expired files are removed after the retention window.

Business File Tools does not provide subscriptions.
