Privacy principles

Business File Tools processes only the files and contact details needed to complete invoice, receipt, bank statement, supplier price list, CSV cleanup, and PDF table extraction workflows.

Uploaded invoice PDFs, receipt PDFs, bank statement PDFs, supplier price list PDFs, PDF table files, CSV files, and converted Excel results are stored in private file storage.

Download links are temporary rather than public file access. A generated link can expire before the order retention window ends.

Expired orders and old private files are removed after the retention window.

Payments run through Stripe. Business File Tools does not store card numbers.

Access is based on order-specific pages and temporary links.

Conversion and cleanup quality depends on the source file. Excel workbooks include review notes, change logs, summaries, or raw review sheets when extraction or cleanup is uncertain.

Generated files are intended to save cleanup time, but source quality can affect accuracy. Check important values before using output in accounting, banking, inventory, Shopify, or other business systems.
